3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
1 large carrot, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
4 cups good quality pork stock
2 cups pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon sweet curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
